Robert Snyder, MD, PhD, PC is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship trained eye surgeon. He specializes in small incision, no stitch cataract surgery, and LASIK refractive surgery.
Since 1998, Dr. Snyder has been recognized as one of the “Best Doctors in America” and one of the “Best Docs” in Tucson. He has received many awards for the prevention of eye disease, including the Lion’s distinguished “Humanitarian of the Year” award. His research has been funded by the NIH. He has published over 75 articles and has 2 patents for ophthalmic devices. He is currently a tenured Professor at the University of Arizona, where he served as the Chairman of the Dept of Ophthalmology for 14 years.
Pamela Theriot, OD, FAAO, has worked as an associate with Dr. Snyder for more than 1 year. As a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry for 11 years, she has extensive experience in ophthalmology and pre and post operative cataract and refractive surgeries.
